RISM and the "R"s in Mexico

The Centro Nacional de Investigación, Documentación e Información Musical (CENIDIM) and the Conservatorio de las Rosas in Mexico have organized an international meeting for music and performing arts, the Encuentro Internacional de Investigación y Documentación de la Música y las Artes Escénicas, from 17 to 19 September 2015. Participants will discuss the current situation of music and performing arts in Mexico and perspectives on documenting its cultural heritage. The four “R” projectsRIdIM, RILM, RIPM, and RISM – will be in attendance. RISM will be represented by Klaus Keil, who will present the project, demonstrate the database, and discuss the prospects of collaborating on the RISM project.
